Q. How do I join split video files?

A. To merge split video files into a single file use freely available tool HJSplit.

1. Make sure all the split files are in the same directory.

2. Run HJSplit.

3. Hit "Join" and specify your split files location by clicking "Input File".

4. Now click "Start" to begin the merging process.

5. Once the merging is complete you will see this pop-up message.

6. You're done, yippee :) you can find your merged file in the same directory as split files.

Q. How do I join compressed split archives (.rar & .zip)?

A. To merge split archive you need WinRAR or 7Zip (Open Soruce).

1. Make sure all the split archives are in the same directory.

2. Right click on the part1.rar file and press "Extract Here" to start the merging process.

You can find your merged file in the directory where split archives are located. :)
